DEPOSITS
A deposit is required within 1 week of booking to hold your date.
Deposits can be made by check, cash, credit, or Venmo.
Deposits are refundable with proper notification. Policy is below.
50 Guests or less - two weeks notice prior to scheduled event.
50+ Guests - one month notice prior to scheduled event.
FINAL HEAD COUNT
Due 2 weeks prior to private events and one month prior to weddings.
Menu Changes due 2 weeks prior to all events.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payments for any type of event are due one week prior to the event unless otherwise arranged..
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR MEAL PICK UPS, CATERING EVENTS, AND WEDDINGS.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL BE APPLIED.

Delivery & Set Up Fee: $35-$100...depending on location in the Valley
Supplies: $15 per station unless you provide your own
Each station consists of 1-wire chafing rack, 1-large 18x13 pan, 2- 9x13 pans, 2-4 hour sterno & serving utensils.
Food Warmers to maintain temperature available to rent for minimal fee.
